Any issues with fans when fording?

I was wondering if the fan clutch had to be disengaged on a M923 when fording? Is there a way to do that?

Some of the fording kit equipped trucks had a different shutterstat type.

You would need a solenoid with a terminal sensor in its place with a manual override dash switch
