Hey guys I cannot believe this but I am having a hard time finding a Radiator cap for an 1988 M977 HEMTT, Eastern doesnt have any and I seem to be striking out elsewhere also? The truck has a General Thermodynamics model 816A radiator core in it and its original all I need to finish this unit is a new radiator cap. Does anybody have some suggestions on where to acquire this piece?
Thanks much Folks
Karl

Do you have any big truck scrap yards near you if so just walk around and get 4 or 5 in your pocket and one is bound to fit ! Or measure your inlet opening and go to the local auto parts and have them match it !

I have what may be a silly question Karl... Do you have the old cap? Thinking that if you did, it isn't anything special. Not military specific. All you really need is to know what pressure "pound rating" the cap has.

Hopefully?
