Changing from 900 X 20s to 1100s will allow you to run at 57 MPH at the same RPM you would be turning at 50 MPH with the 900s (this has not been mathematically derived...figured it out from a chase car clocking me).

Somebody here on SS claimed to have drawings from rockwell for a higher speed gear set but he never got back to me.

Sounds good.
But, don't the rock crawler guys want the ratio to go the other way, toward 7.17, like my school bus?
4.?? would be for the speed freaks, even if they were a bit pricey.
The bus has a Rockwell axle.
I was always looking for a 4.56 set for the bus so I could get over 60mph.
I rode the 7.17s all the way from Virginia to Washington state when I moved out west.

Are you talking ring and pinion? Thats just dumb. Why replace 3 sets when you can get 1 gear from Tom? His kit also addresses the weak second gear issue in the trans.
