Is there any difference between the D60s width on the Dually version other than the reverse wheel adapter?
(remove the adapter and would it be the same axle as the 1008?)

Is there any difference between the 14bolt on the dually width wise? Is it narrower to add duals on each side?

To answer your first question The difs from the early dodges with the D60 1976 threw 93 are almost the same but will work there are small difs 76 threw 79 are external lockouts after 79 they are internal lockouts like the gm you have. The spring perch on a gm 's are 3'' wide and 32'' apart center pin to center pin, the dodge are 2 1/2'' wide and 32 1/2'' apart but will fit into a chevy with no problem. after 93 dodge went to ball joints on the dana 60 they use. the dodge srw d60 are 67'' wide wms to wms and the chevy srw is 69'' wms to wms ( wheel mount serface). been told some dodges are also 69'' but I have not seen any! chevy rotars are 1.5'' thick as to the dodges its 1.25'' after 90.5 to 93 they are 1.5'' but the calipers are the same even with the 1.25 rotor. and the dodge mounts the tie rod about a 1 '' higher than the chevy but they will swap. hope this helps [thumbzup]

Dual Rear Wheel 14 bolt axles have a narrower housing.

Build you a 700R4 or 4L80E in there and leave the gears alone.

I was refering to the rear axle. Edited to clarify. You will note he was also asking about 14 bolt axles. A Chevy 60 front is a Chevy 60 front with few exceptions.
