This morning I wake up and realize that April 9th just 7 short weekends away. Top of my to-do list is to restore brakes to all 6 wheels. 5 wheels has been ok, but I'll be much happier with all of them. Then axel boots, tire swaps, cargo covers re-installed, PMs.....So, what's on everyone else's to-do list?
Sounds like a trip to the brothers...when?

For me, tires...tires.
Trailer brake valve repair.
Test run.;-)

I already have most of the parts, just have to order the axel boots and a gasket. I dont think the Brothers have what I need, I've asked in the past. Have you tried Hundy for your tires?

Not sure how the weather will be .
I'm running half doors on the HMMWV now. Even with full armored doors it leaks like a sieve but it would be a tad bit warmer if the weather turns to crap.
I could pull the new M101A3 out and sleep in it . Hum mm

Need to get footman loops installed on rear hatch to be able to use cargo netting to hold gear on the outside and make more room for clean up tools inside. Make that 6 weekends if the weatherman is right about the next few days. Oil change and lube Zerk's for sure .

Who's going to flip the donuts since Doug can't make it.
We need a stand in. Anybody, anybody??
Note to self . ( Park to the right of the trail )

If your coming and need some alarm clocks LMK. I'm ordering early next week.
PM me. Met 1 your already on the list.

Met 1 I was just thinking about that.
Better get the trailer ready. Of course if I fill the box for the trip home it might ease up a little space. Unless your giving me an early 50th B-day present and bringing me a full box of goodies. But something tells me I'm going to be disappointed.

You need to fix the brake valve for sure or you will have flat spots on the trailer tires and need allot more tires.
Hundy is the man for tires.

I'm thinking of pulling up Gumby style.8)

Of course I only get flat spots when I stop...I could try a non-stop to DB...:jumpin:

Maybe I could get a LEO escort? Anyone want to help?:D

Should have my M38A1 pried out of my dad's hands by then. It needs a good desert run. Got a bit of work to do on the M35A2 by 9 April, but I did just get a new set of Mud Terrains for the M1009.

Rat is supposed to be out here for my retirement party which will probably be in the exact same spot, just a couple weeks later. I'm sure he will be flying though. I'll round him up a suitable MV to use.
