I installed the new unloader. Took about one hour and everything works now. I did have to adjust the regulator to get the pressure up to 106 PSI. Maybe this one will last longer than the last replacement I did.

Turns out the problem is with the unloader. I found a replacement on Ebay for $58.80 with free shipping. Hopefully I'll receive it soon because I have a project that needs the jackhammer.
