    Windshield/Dash Fan for the HMMWV

Always best to start lower if in doubt. Use a 10amp. I would be surprised it draws more than that.

    Windshield/Dash Fan for the HMMWV

Depends on the fan but I suspect 10amp or 15amp will work. Fan should state what it draws?

Do we know how long the auctions will continue?

So for perspective, The USMC "newer" models that are coming out have not yet been released by the other branches, so I would think there is a lot in the pipeline still to come even with the ones diverted to Ukraine. YMMV.

    Shipping A Fording Exhaust Pipe

It is dimensional pricing and will knock your socks off due to measurements not weight. I was selling them here in New Orleans and UPS tried to bill me a stupid surcharge for oversize after the fact on my last shipment. I won the fight but it was an ordeal.

Operation: Gertrude. Kendelrios M715 restoration thread

Brass is "relatively" easier to remove than going back with steel or stainless if there is another problem down the road. A little heat, some penetrating oil, and a left hand twist extractor should make it a painless operation.... Teflon tape or preferably the liquid /paste sealer not only does...

How does the brake warning light work? (and many other brake problems)

A master cylinder can leak internally and leak out of the rear. Check all hard lines especially if exposed to salt or deicing fluid plus rubber lines and wheel cylinders. Parking brake has its own warning light circuit when engaged. the low fluid warning circuit has a sensor on the...

    LA M939 muffler & tailpipe

I had a massive sweet gum tree fall on my 5 ton. The muffler took a hit at the top. Pretzeled the pipe and pushed in the top mushroom flange. Muffler is solid with no rot. I changed it along the way and muffler has maybe a 1000 miles on it plus I had a flapper on it to keep water out. Top...
