man I totally forgot to post up. Worked great!! Have had to use it twice so far to remove the loader. It sat it my shop with the loader attached for over a month. Don’t budge.
Never thought of that!! Great idea!
on another not, apparently my hydraulic pump belt decided to shred to pieces. Anyone know a part number for the belt that maybe I can find at a local store??
Need some help guys. In the middle of digging a hole for my septic tank. Everything was working fine. Went to lift the front loader with the switch on the rear and it wouldn’t raise. Went inside the cab and also will not raise or tilt. I’m in the middle of nowhere with no laptop or my...
lol wish! I did find a steering component end link boot that is destroyed while I was under it yesterday. Think it’s just gonna stay that way for now as I don’t drive it much. My mog is simply a ranch tool.
I wanted to follow up and say I successfully got the bushing swapped out.
I encountered an issue with the holes where the two pins go in to the side of the bushing. I didn’t realize there are sleeves in the holes. They were protruding into the shifter cavity and the bushing wouldn’t slide in...
when I got it home and pulled the shift lever there wasn’t much left. Just got the new one in the mail and it appears it was 80% gone lol. Had no idea it was so big before
Yeah that doesn’t look terrible, but there’s some wear on the left and right sides. If it were me, I’d spend the 20$ to replace while you’re there. Mine was shifting 100% fine one minute and almost left me stranded on a dirt road 10 miles from civilization the next lol. Was able to get it...
Seeing as you drive yours a lot from what I understand Gary, I’d highly advise you do it. I was 5 miles from my place when I was stuck in second gear. Doesn’t seem like a real hard job after removal. I’d hate to be stranded. Cause of a piece of plastic lol
Great write up! Followed the directions and got mine apart today in 30 min. Waiting on EI for the bushing in the mail. Question…. Mine didn’t have c clips on the pins…. Read that there are supposed to be some? Are they necessary? After reading posts it seems like some didn’t reinstall...
Update on wiring!
everything works!!!! All lights, all blinkers, blackout lights, hazards, air shifter everything!!!
now I just have an air leak under the 4 end bolts of the air shifter… nothing majir but I wanna fix it. There are two metal gaskets under there which I doubt I will be able to...
I have the little labels behind the fuses if that’s what you’re asking.
Wondering if I may have one of the single wires I asked you about behind the blocks incorrect…. First thing I’m going to try is double checking the wires to the turn signal switch. If you have time, if you could shoot me a...
