the dash fan functions correctly. Turns on and off when I flip the switch. The rear evaporator however does not when I flip the switch or turn off power. Compressors stay on too

even if the engine is off once I plug in the unit the evaporator in the rear turns on and the condensers. Won’t shutoff until I unplug it
