Hi Guys,
thanks for the answers/ Just to be sure (about my confusion with the language),when you say the engagement lever on the winch should be in the out position , does the level point away from the winch ? and the drum lock in (does this mean the lever is pointing upwards or is it pointing...
Hi,

Hi,
Greetings from overseas Belgium (Europe). I have to replace the upper radiator hose and also the hoses next to the waterpump. Checked the PN's in the TM's, but does anybody have a good adress where to get these new. I mounted 2 years ago the famous "NOS" bought in Europe and have cracks in...
Hi ,

Hi,
greetings from overseas Belgium (Europe)
When I bought my M54A2 there was a new cargo tarp supplied with it, but not fitted. It has the code MS51323-30 on it. Anybody knows if this is the correct one for a 5 ton 14 inch cargo ? Can't try it now due to the winter conditions over here...
Hi,
To me, this looks as an LDS since the oil level dipstick is at the end of the engine (LDT has it more in the front). i have the same problem with my M54A2 where the engine has an ID tag of a LDT 4651C and a C turbo . The LDS has the oilpan inverted compaired to the LDT
Hi,
Looked at the resources section, but couldn't find the TM's for the turbo's.
Can anyone guide me where to buy or download these?
Checked LOGSA, but they are no there anymore
Regards,
Chris

Hi ,
Greetings from Belgium (Europe). As I indicated in December I was looking around to have a M54A2, which In finally found. It has been delivered now last week and it looks fantastic. Now I will need to decide what if I keep my wife or my M35A2 :))
Some downsides:
When shifting down, it...
Tnx everybody for the help.
Now 2 last questions:
1. What is the sound difference between the "thin turbo " and the thicker one?
2. Is it OK to mount one of these on my 5 ton M54 truck with the LDS 465 engine?
Regards
Chris
Hi,
Thanks for the pictures and clearification !
Is it still correct that the thin one is the whistler turbo , whilst the thicker one (where the exhaust hose needs to be bolted) is the non whistler ?
regards,
Chris
Hi,
Tried to find old topics on the forum - but some link didn't work.
Can somebody tell me what the visual difference between the turbo of a LDT 465-1-C (whistler) and the turbo of a LDT 465-1-D (non whistler) is ?
Some pictures would be welcome
thanks
Chris
