many of the parts folk have needed part number for commonly are listed in the sticky at the top of this forum. Well should say listed in the google doc...... that is linked to in the Parts sticky at the top of this forum.
makes ton of since (pardon the pun). Can also see something like below tool working but... not to remove... instead to hold like your shims. Not sure they are strong enough though...
Where do you shim it? Under the fork that presses into the tire? or?? what does the shim do.... spread the downward force over a larger area? or hold the whole thing at a more efficient angle of attack??
Break the tool? Break the bead lock ring, or Break the bead?
Drove my lmtv up onto the spare and it would not break the bead. hand to whale on it with a fork lift. Fellow doing it had experience with large truck tires too.
