Ok, I will try that. Thank you for your reply.
Now that I’ve asked the question, I’m still wondering if there is a rebuild kit available for the pump. After looking at more websites for pumps I found several that have core charges. That leads me to believe there is a rebuild kit or parts...
I’ve searched the forum looking for an answer to this and haven’t been able to find it.
I got my first five ton yesterday. Drove it home 80 miles and had no power steering. When I turn the wheel the pump sounds like it’s grinding (like air in the fluid almost). I sporadically get power steering...
Hello, I'm almost done with my bobber project. What does everyone do with their leftover parts from their bobber project? The torque arms, leaf springs, mounts and everything else? I'll probably keep the axle for parts but I don't see any immediate use for the rest of the parts. I've been known...

I'm a new member and new to owning a military vehicle. Just bought a 1972 M45A2 with only 480 original engine hours and 6200 original miles. it came from the Maine Forest Service and according to the fire chief who maintained it, they rarely used it since 1996 when they got it, and when they got...
