I was moving my 1998 Stewart & Stevenson LMTV, got about 1 mile down the road and the throttle cable snapped at the end where it connects to the linkage. Not enough cable left to splice the end back on.

1998 Stewart & Stevenson LMTV. I have to park it in a pretty sketchy area for a couple of weeks. What is the easiest way I can disable it from starting, short of removing the batteries? Are there any relays I can pull?
Looks like the seals failed on the second water pump. After the failure I am told the water pump bolts were a bit loose. Tightening them did not slow the flow of coolant.
