HMMWV M998 Battery Cutoff Switch wire route / location
I was thinking of breaking the connection between the batteries......right now I have disconnected the neg post clamp between the batteries while I work on the truck.....any thoughts -

fram oil filter

mine doesn't have the "after glow".......but I get a needle dip on the voltage gauge (assuming it is the glow plugs' coming back on and off because of the cold engine......it'll do about 30/60 sec. and then smooth out...... The engine will fire up on the first turn... -

Shut hmmwv off and 10 seconds later wouldn't restart?
The first thing I bought was a PCB a month before the EUC cleared........I'm going to put it in a Faraday Cage for when 'The' day comes -

Painting soft top?
Wal-mark has various flat cammo paint in rattle cans.....I don't know if it will work but if so a cheap fix..... Any thoughts?- Jakob1944

Restitch Windows
I'm in the same boat.......I've got a blue tarp covering the hole to keep Kitty Katz out......I called the Jeep dealer and their reply was buy another door...........sure The lady at Hobby Lobby store sold me some upholstery sewing thread that is "extra strong" nylon.....I just ordered the awl... -

Thanks......It had a good life, hauling parts and troops to the flight line.......TP50 is on the wheel well....a road truck for sure.....E Co, 1/108 AVN.......some one was death on it's maintenance......new Half shaft, hubs repacked....water pump and thermostat, new shoes.....ATV every... -
