Maybe you could drill a hole in it and insert an expandable wedge anchor, Like you would use on concrete. Then use your slide hammer on that to pull it out.

Almost all steel wheels (factory and aftermarket) are just welded in. Judging by the diameter of his center insert (11") thats 34 1/2" of continuous weld. And he did both sides, so thats more that 69" of weld to hold the centers in. Thats a lot of weld strengh. Hopefully he v-groved them...

Just swap out the broken dogbone with a good one. They can't even be much money any more. Because everyone that bobs a Deuce, ends up with six of them on their scrap pile of left over parts, after the conversion. If you need one, I have plenty.

Taste each one individually, than do a taste test.

It's hard to say for sure or not. There is sufficient room between the steering wheel and my legs, but your alot taller than me. I would think that if a heaver person sat in the seat, that the springer base would compress more than if I was sitting in it. Which would equal more clearance room...

Here you go treeguy, With the springer suspension base and the suspension seat on the top of them, they ride like floating in a cloud. They ride very nice. I'm 5'9" with an average build, and when sitting in the seat, there's room between my legs and the steering wheel. When I'm not sitting in...
