    I would not use re arched springs. I would look at new springs, I run 37's on my M1008 and I Cruise at 70 with no issues.

    You can get a 14ff from a junk yard for 100 bucks. With such a short wheel base a M1009 is not that great for towing.

    A 14b FF will work just fine for your blazer.

    M1008's come with tie downs in the bed, you could try to find a set for your M!028
