I sold enough today that I am only $122 into them now and will probably dump the rest in my shop to use as moving blankets.
also I left some in my deuce as a offering to the rain gods to stop our drought here in TEXAS
last night and we finally got some much needed rain so its worth the $
I should have tried that with the smelly worn out sleeping bags I just picked up yesterday .
I was just trying to get my property and get out of the city asap .
And yes I am another truck huger just waiting to chain myself to the next hack job.

I can not start my trucks up without my blue healer wanting to get in and ride .
she likes to ride on the passenger seat folded down so she can see out .
one day she saw a deer and ran out the back window across the deuce bed and out the back at about 25 mph and kept on chasing the deer .
and...
I was bidding on that truck up to 344 pm then after that it just went up from there for a hour ten minutes after it should have closed .
also I was of the impression no one was to talk about a auction item until the bidding was done:|
I traded a deuce to a buddy to take his 18 wheeler low boy to pickup my 5 ton .
I did this in order to not risk the safety of others with a 20k truck that may have been siting 10 years .
since then I have read many posts of people taking 1000 mile plus trips in a unknown truck and making it but...
when I got my 5 ton from GL all the lights were smashed and I asked one of my MV buddies about the led lights ?
He said they were to much $ and would look funny on a 800 series truck .
So I got new standard lights from rapco and asked him if they were American?
He said they were exactly the ones...
I live in a gated community and drive my 5 ton to the neighborhood meetings and parties .
I also do a hay ride on Halloween and everyone loves the trucks and my many jeeps .
my neighbors wife commented on how she likes the sound of my truck starting up and they always like to hear the air horn ...
well I would say move but we already have too many Californians here in Texas but they all act like California is the best place to live ? wonder why they moved anyway !!!
By the way nice truck and glad to meet someone from California that is still there:-P

Hey pawnshop too bad that I could not make it .
Had baseball with my son during the day and Texas hold em with the neighbors at night

Me and my then 7 year old daughter restored my m38 and I believe( now) spent way too much effort on the paint job .
