GoodYear Duratracs are supposed to be awesome in the winter. I guess I will find out soon. I have them on my Cherokee. All the govt fleets and universities use them too. Cross between a mud terrain and an all terrain.

That is highly debatable- (wider tire is better)...
Wider means more friction and therefore power loss, meaning more fuel spent driving. Also, there is increased floatation, but not always traction, esp in the mud. You don't sink to the bottom and get traction, you just sit on top and spin.
