Anyone know if a Mighty Mite can be flat-towed? Or can it be towed with a tow dolly? Over 1,000 mile trip. I really don't want to rent a trailer or pull the axle shafts unless I have to. Thanks, Eric CBVET

I get a bit aggravated when someone says something like " Four Thousand Dollars! . Why just a few years ago I bought three of them for Six-Fifty! ". But that really is too high a price unless you're desperate. And although a fuel pump is not too hard to find, the wiring harness can be. Eric CBVET

FYI: Stuck wheel cylinder pistons can cause a hard pedal too. If the pistons can't move, pushing the brake shoes out against the return spring tension., there is no "travel" in the pedal. In the long run, if you're going to keep the truck, I think it's worth the trouble to rebuild all the wheel...

Hooray! Got home a little earlier today & cleaned the fuel control valve for one heater. The one that wouldn't ignite unless I hotwired wire B. Took about a minute to start the first time. Ran fine for several minutes on both High & Low settings before I shut it off. You know, I saw no particles...

Had a little time this morning, so I took the fuel control valve off the new heater. I was surprised at the amount of fine crud in it, considering I've only used fresh kerosene in my testing. Within the next couple of days I'll try to clean it up & test it. I'll let you know how that works out...
