Condensation and milkshake in my trucks valve cover

You could fill your radiator and pressurize the coolant system, then pull the injectors, pull the fuel shutoff and hit the starter and see if any water comes out of the combustion chambers. If you determine it's not the oil cooler then the heads may have to come off to track down the leak.

Condensation and milkshake in my trucks valve cover

These are not wet liners so it's not that. I think it could be: cracked head (water jacket), or a bad head gasket job. But if the previous owner did the head gaskets because they were having the same problem, then I would be thinking cracked head. If it was a bad oil cooler you would probably...

Condensation and milkshake in my trucks valve cover

So this changes everything, now it's down to figuring out where all the coolant is coming from. No oil in the coolant?

Photos of combustion chambers & injectors from 2 engines running WMO

Burning wmo for 3 years,15000 miles.

To clarify, I stated "my injectors were perfect",I didn't mean the tips had No crud on them, just not very much comparatively. The pop off pressures (3,500 psi) and functions were fine.

    deuce injector leak

There is a copper crush washer at the bottom of the injector shaft which seals to the combustion chamber, if that was leaking you would most likely hear a compression leak. There are fat rubber seals under the injector heads (usually red in color),those seal out debris from the hole the injector...

I get clean synthetic oil (about 10 gal per mo) from a generator guy, it just shows up on my door step in gal jugs! This oil looks new and clean enough to dump right in!

This has always been the speculation. It seems that "IF" the increased ash in the wmo causes increased engine wear, it would be to the cylinder walls, rings, valve guides, hydraulic head plunger and mating surfaces, and injector tip internal machined plunger surfaces. On the other hand, any of...

    the XM971 "command camper" build

But I think the cab over tractor will look fine pulling the xm971 once it's painted green with black stars on the doors!

    the XM971 "command camper" build

I think the m750 would look the way it's supposed to look behind the m818! Did the op give up on that truck?

    "Rescued" M816 Wrecker

I would replace the front tires atleast, blowout on the front is bad! The rear duels should hold up for awhile. Nice looking truck though! Looks like the body's straight!

Had been geting around 7 miles per gallon pulling the trailer, not sure about around town. I just installed an lds IP, that increased performance but haven't had the chance to check fuel economy.

I've been driving my deuce tractor for 3 years (about 15,000 miles) on wmo mix and sometimes high concentrates of clean synthetic wmo, everything pre filtered to 3 microns. When we pulled the heads at the Ga Rally this year for the head gasket job, the combination chambers looked simular to...

Condensation and milkshake in my trucks valve cover

Kerosene works well for engine flush and seafoam for additive.

    How much paint?

How will you be Appling the paint?

Condensation and milkshake in my trucks valve cover

If your oil isn't contaminated with coolant and you have water coming out of the slobber tube there is alot of left over moister from the original "crankcase full of antifreeze", some crankcase flush and some additives may be in order!
