Jim, I didn't check to see if you are coming to Tim's for the LA rally, but if you can wait that long you can probably trace and measure one and measure it. Hope to see you there!
Mine just barely rubs with the Spring seat. My goal is to take maddawg308's advice for the the problem, I'll probably live long enough to see my son drive it!
Tim, I know Pot-O-Gold is only a few miles from your place and that's probably
the best price your going to find unless you can find a Veteran owned to donate a couple. I worked for a family business that does the port-a-cans about 15yr ago that was owned by a Vietnam Vet and I'm sure I could...
Tim. Count me in for two, one 13yr old and one 45yr old, one XL and one small on the shirts, as I said before I can do two of each on the shirts if we need to make a minimum. as far as name tags, I have some 2" tape on the dash and a sharpie in the Suburban. As said in an earlier post, I can...
Thanks Barman and everyone else that replied! I always keep two of the $5
meters on hand, can't stand not being able to finish at 7:05 when HF closes at 7:00 a couple blocks from the house! I'll try and find in the TM.
All the above and how much extra cash you have for this project? Your probably looking at a 10K minimum to make it halfway presentable, not even a show winner if thats what you want.
Can't remember if its on the airpack or M/C but there is one in that area that I need to bleed also. I bled it by myself with a vacuum bleeder and then did the rest of the wheel cylinders with my son( the better method without a pressure bleeder ) It's still a little spongy.
After 2-1/2 years in the backyard/garage I finally got all of the brake componets replaced that needed it. Still in backyard I had a high temp on the gauge had the radiator rodded out after putting it back in and finding a lot of crud in it. It still showed hot after running about 10-20 min and...
So they didn't have the support rods originally? My top was trash and didn't have the three bows that came with my top from Saturn. I'm out in the yard looking for a hole to put the rods in and it isn't there.
It looks like Tim has about twenty so far. Tim don't put yourself out too much on the shirt thing we can always do it after, I just want to thank you for taking the effort to try and get all of us together.
Same here, I've learned to borrow and lend less over the years. I did borrow a generator and window unit from a friend after gustov and returned it with a fresh oil change and cleaned up better than when I borrowed it. If only everyone would do the same. Sorry for your loss and hope they make...
We don't have a way to spread salt this far south, so I don't have any experiance with stopping it.
I can say that when my Grandmother moved down from OH with her 66 chevy biscayne in the mid seventies, it was destroyed from the salt. I know you should wash vehicles used in salted roads as soon...
How much time to get a number out to the t-shirt people? I know the one we use for our unit shirts can be days, weeks or months depending on how good or bad business is. I think we also need to also get some confirmations on attendance so we can have the shirts and food figuired out in the next...
