    M725 carb??

    m-series rebuilds has a electronic ignition kit that replaces the points and fits in the stock distributor. It is 186.00 shipped i think. The hot wire runs to the coil under the cap. Nice little unit. I havent gotten around to doing it to mine yet but its on the list.

    we had a local ford dealer that got a shipment of 5 bone stock CUCV's on new tires that they sold for around 6000 a truck. They were ALL gone within a weekend. It was unreal. I dont know where they got them but i know where I can get a few more thats for sure.

    I drove a semi-truck for awhile and never shut the thing down while filling. You might want to fill-up at truck stops though. They are a bit more user friendly. Also these trucks arent speed demons and a long trip is a long cold ordeal in the winter even counting on nothing mechanically...

    sounds like the gasket has just gotten old and gone south. Pull the old gasket and go to Napa I bet dollars to doughnuts its a common size for something else Cummins makes.     which of the military expandibles stays enclosed like regular expansible trailer. I was thinking about making a military type camper but as cool as a open air front porch would be in a electronic repair trailer I think a longer nonexpansible would be more in line.

    personally i would go with a extended or crew cab modification and a much shortened deuce bed or M105 trailer with a modified slantback.. I think it would look awesome. Linda like a slantback HUMVEE on steroids
