Money pit is a relative term. I see people buy $10k four wheel ATV's and buy accessories for them and spend more than I'll ever have in mine.

Great work on the wrecker Jason. I wish I could stay as focused and make as much progress as fast on my deuce. Hopefully I'll get a chance to see it at some point in the future

Thanks for posting the pics. If that was the Blue Angels homecoming in Pensacola, FL I was
there and it was an awsome show. The first thing I realized when we got therer was I didn't have a camera. We also went back to the Museum on Sunday to see the change of the Boss of the team. Cool Stuff...
I know they make dual voltage alternators for boats that would give you two completely seperate systems amd a third dedicated battery for 12V. Somewhere I think I have seen an ad for a dual output for MV's, just can't remeber where. It would probabably be expensive put the best way.

give a thumbs up for great service.
Thanks...

I'm no engineer and have learned alot from this post, but on a hitch where none of may recheck the tourqe as often as we should would be better off with the stronger bolt(G8) or the G5 that may stretch and come loose? Don't know just asking...
Dave,
Great looking truck and I agree these trucks would be much more difficult to repair if it weren't for the free flow of information and advice on this site.
Feel free to donate to the site while your all excited, so the next guy can use it too. You may already be donating, but I usually...
RE: Very rusty and picked up
Glad to see you got one. Figure out what you want one for and figuire out how much it will cost to get it to that condition. I bought mine because it was close and cheap. I have already spent thousands over the last few years trying to get it to a point where I feel...
I like the JB weld or another epoxy idea. When I get to mine I was going to do that or I remember using a filler forflexible body parts that might work well as it trys to expand and contract. A good two or three part polyurethane paint would probably work best, but by the time you buy all of the...
Cool vidio Kenny! One of my customers from work was heading up to it, but with the approaching storm he may have had to cancel(his wifes a nurse).
