I carry a full toolbox of wrenchs, sockets, screwdrivers, and whatnots. Other then a cherrypicker, I can change out an engine if I have to. Plus spare fuel filters, and water.

I am almost 90% sure you have an 813, that someone has grafted some steel onto the rear of. If it was an 814, you would have the center carrier bearing for the driveshaft, a double wall frame from the front to the rear of the rearmost axle, and 38" of space from the rear of the fuel tank to the...

Could also be a collapsed hose. They will allow you to apply the brakes, but the springs can't pull the shoes back against the deformed hose.
