ok thought i'd update any one who cared
i picked it up and it is fiber glass but didn't leak so i patched the places where the outer layer was cracked.
than i cut the penil hook off and put a 2-15/16 cupler on it and a 2" pump empties in just under 4 min with no nozel.

anything under 10000 is small
anything from 10-20000 is medium (brakes required)
anything more than 20000 i try not to admit to but that is getting where i watch it when i pull it with the pickup (brakes required)

I have a 52 deuce and the rear axles are individually drive shafted is that correct or something that was @#$%rigged at some point. (yours has the worm gear setup) that's why I ask

mine is on the mud flap mounting plate with 5/16 bolts 2ea. and the light is from the trailer place a little 2.50 yellow clear job that one is riveted in place.

i think its the 211 but it seems that most of the power plant stuff was converted to the 366 and the fuel pump was moved to the bottom of the truck bed just above the tank. if there is still one in the tank all i can say is oh sh*t but i hope to get it running again tonight so i can water the...
the tranny is a 5 speed standard
and the fuel pump is a large but old ac-delco pump
NAPA told me they don't carry the rebuild kit any more so i bought the replacement pump #P4070
as for pics here are a couple but they are not too high quality.

ok I finally picked up my truck

its a 1952 GMC M series
only problem so far is the fuel pump seems to have died as i drove it for its maiden voyage. blocked the neighbors until i got it pulled out of the way haha oh well.
not much experience with these yet but if its a diesel than you could have gotten air in the injector and you would have this problem. or one similar to it. then again i could be barking on the wrong tree
