I totally agree with you . But I am not knocking Any body else s taste. its all a matter of person preference and I have to say either way they pretty bad *ss to me :)
The wrench I had was a little to thick I just thinned it a little and used a open end on the outer .It went with out any problems . But sometimes those easy little adjustments can turn into a nightmare project that involves drills easy outs and a lot of swearing. does this only happen to me?
When I turned the pump up on my duce I had to take my tappet whench to the belt grinder to get it thin enough to hold the inside nut and used a 3/4 inch impact gun to loosen the outer lock nut!:cookoo: Just kidding be patiant with this dont want to break any thing here $$$$. I installed the...
I agree it may be the sleeves but if not .I have found that if the transfer case is worn so is the transmission and the cost of a good take out is less money and aggravation than fixing the bad one .I have several contacts for good used parts if needed pm me and I will forward u them Good luck

I have been making so progress on the m151a2 .waiting on tires so I can get it on the ground and get the drive train installed.
hope to have tires tomorrow and engine and trany in by weeks end.
This is the first time out with it this year. but in the fall I went on two 2.5 hour trips with no problems and have not added any coolant. It has not done this in the past so I think it is plugged up some where. The hoses are in sad shape anyway so I'm think its time for a complete flush , hose...
10 min. warm up and after 20 min drive the left fender and compressor were wet and coolant was making boiling sounds in radiator . I think Im going to remove radiator and flush the engine as suggested by Jake I guess its time to put on the coveralls and get dirty. do it once and do it right
Took the duce for ride and the top half of radiator is hot and bottom is cold after driving for 20 min. coolant is coming out of overflow hose thinking maybe thermostat might be stuck closed
