new drivers window regulator (finally!)
installed gm door pin switches and a dome light from a cop car, selectable white or red light :)
two sets of air horns on a toggle switch because, well, I live in NJ.
new AC Delco glow plugs. Replaced crappy pieced-together half crusty supply wire with...
I finished the stereo with a Firestik 3ft fm antenna and 6x9's in front of the wheel wells. I was going to use the ammo cans but made enclosures instead (with a little help from a friend).

The brain is VERY light. I was worried about the weight in the plastic glove compartment but it's a non issue.
Any time.
I'll take a pic of the brain later today. I put it in the glove box. Sometimes my floor gets wet . I wantedto keep it up and out of the way.
My 2nd product choice was the JBL marine radio - its control face is round and ffits in a guage hole. I plan on installing a tach soon and...
I picked up this '89 m116A2 today. It's pretty decent overall, was kept in a garage. The previous owner carried a big welder around on it. It came with bows in great shape but no cover. I'll use it mostly for moving motorcycles around right now so I won't sweat the cover just yet.
I'll pull it...
I used this marine radio because I don't like the factory radio location, didn't want to cut a giant hole in the center of the dash for a standard DIN size unit, and didn't want to install it in a floor or overhead console if possible. The CMS2 has a remote face panel i could mount to the...
Clarion cms2 radio install. It's a marine stereo with separate control face and brain.
I put the 1 inch thick face on the center dash plate and put the brain in
the glove box. It has 6.5's in the doors for now. I have .50 cal
ammo boxes for rear 6x9's but haven't decided where to put them...
New stock size wheels and tires from the local 4x4 shop.
After welding new steel into the rotted front floor and then coating with Por15 I had the whole floor Rhino lined.
Replaced bench seat with a Tahoe (3rd row) one for the kids.
I ordered a marine stereo today and will tackle that install next.
Somehow I screwed up my first post while trying to fix the attachment. Now I can't edit or delete it. Oh well.
I got a M1009 for the kids and I to play with. We're going to install a Tahoe seat in place of the rear bench to have integrated shoulder belts.
Cheers and thanks in advance for all...
