Thanks for the comment. It really is a great truck and camper. Oxyacetylene, the rest of this response isn't pointed directly at you. But I will put it here for all. I have many members and locals come out and go through it. I have spent over 7 hours with some who look at it. I tell them...

I don't have any troubles leaning do to added weight as I planned out the placement of my items. However, when the tanks are empty I do lean a little to the drivers side. Because fuel and water weight are variables, always changing, It is ideal to have them centerline. but as we know that isn't...

Yes aluminum is a bit more. Also, my spool gun was being a little finicky at the time so I just stuck with steel

No, I was going to but the cost was way more. I used 2x3x1/8 inch tubing for the main structure. Covered in aluminum, insulated with 2 inch closed cell insulation board. All other studs are 2x2x16guage 16 inch on center.

Yes, I have a standard fridge freezer and the deep freeze/fridge. I can use the deep freeze unit in this truck or my 4x4 camper van. I tend to use this truck more though so I keep it in this unit.

The bed weighs about the same as my camper box structure itself. That is not including all the stuff in the box now. Just the empty box. Yes I can remove it in case it ever needs to be moved to another truck one day. However, with it registered in Ca. as an RV I can't drive it as a flat bed...

The Camper box is 16ft long. So I added 4ft after the end of the frame rails. The extra 4ft is my bed and then my quad or Dual sport bike on the rear rack. the rack if normally only 2 foot for the bike but when I haul the quad I flip it out to 4ft.

Morning everyone. I was trying to post some pics yesterday but the site kept locking up and not responding. Will try again today. I took camper out to Glamis sand dunes here in SOCAL. It is always a great time. First time taking the truck out into serious sand dunes. Everyone was asking if I...

    Door glass track/channel felt

I bought mine at local craft store. It comes in 1x1 foot squares and is sticky backed. Just cut strips and folded it into the channel. Works for over a year now and only cost me $1.00. No more rattling window and the fear that it would break as it was banging around!

    M1083A1 or m923A2?

No I don't have a build site or web site. I just build and share as people need. I've had people from Oregon, Montana and other places fly into San Diego to look at it and I usually spend about 7-8 hours with them talking about the pros and cons. I let them drive it so they can feel how it...
