Hello I have about 8 soft top kits located at the govplanet auction site at Pennsylvania Chambersburg
Location.
I would need somebody to pick it up and drop it off at Storage for me or to hold it for a bit till I could arrange some shipping.
Please contact me if you’re able to help or know...
Got it.
Perfect
And thank you.
The TM’s are less than intuitive but if I bang my head against them hard enough the information gets in.
got it sorted out….
Thanks again guys!
So before I fired the next toy up I was checking all the fluids and it looks like everything except for the steering is empty:/
Glad I didn’t drive that down a steep driveway before I checked everything.
So Transmission oil
Fuel tank “oooouuuuuch$”
steering fluid
both front and rear diffs are...
Ok update and problems solved.
First off I am extremely grateful for the community here and especially for RonMar and Mr. fuzzy among dozens of other knowledgeable individuals.
I got this pig pig back on the road and we’re off to the next adventure and see what else I can break next.

Good mornin Guruman
2 of the 3
Window, and missing turret cover,
Wish they had at least left the 50cal in to block some of the weather, would have come in handy as a conversation piece too…
Well alrighty, I think we have identified the core issue here.
Apparently some of the motor pool guys were keeping goldfish in their shift controller👀
Apparently the LMTV’s needs these things to shift properly.
now the question is
Who has a Wtec 2 shift controller!?
also for posterity
Part number for the “N” solenoid is
29507451
Superseded to 29545638
They are about 130 bucks for an Allison one and about 70-ish for an aftermarket.
Heads up apparently Allison is going to do a companywide 20 to 30% price increase on everything starting October 1 of this...
Thanks for the info burger!
So working my way through the system, got sidetracked and geeked out on the CTIS system and found a program that I can program CTIS controllers with :).
Ok so I started at the batteries
Measured 23.8v :/
Alt not charging?!
Cleaned the crud off the combiner box...
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
All right Mr. fuzzy it is
Just don’t ask me to say it with a straight face :-)
Perfect thank you for the TM page
it’s exactly what I needed to see!
I’ll keep ya posted.
While I’ve got my hands in this bucket
I can’t seem to identify the “N” solenoid does it go under another name?
And I’m trying to source said solenoid , also if somebody has a part number for future reference. That would be niffty
Thank you, ah should I call you Mr. fuzzy or Mr. toaster ;)
Ok I will be ohming out the harness and pigtail before considering pulling the pan.
And exactly how heavy is this valve body? Do I really need a trans lift in order to play with the big boys on this one?
I will change out the trans...
Quick update I went through the warn them from the front of the cab all the way to the transmission and to the sensors and it looked brand-new it wasn’t the typical white wires but had colored wires in it so I’m willing to bet that it’s been changed already as the connectors on the inside look...
Ahhh yes mine is an A0
Perfect thank you I suspected it would be in what would probably be similar to a valve body in one of the itty-bitty vehicles.
I will start with checking out the wiring this morning
