I am trying to check the cam timiing on an MEP003 and I am confused on the number 1 cylinder. TM indicates the number 1 is located next to the blower. If that is the case the cam/crank timing marks indicate they are set on the number 4 cylinder.
I am confused TM only reference the number 1 in...

Well the man I bought the truck from was generous enough to deliver the truck to me. Good man for doing that.
The truck is rough, and you can see it has had a hard life. Looks like every person has hacked on it just to keep it going. Parts are missing and rust, but the running gear looks good...

The engine used the the MT500 harley is the same motor that we used on flat track racking. Harley is high because of name. I think the bike was orginally the ATK that harley bought out. You cant go wrong with a rotax engine. It beats Kawasaki engine hands down.

It is a 2...
While inspecting one of my other m35's the transfer oil level is full but I noticed that the oil is a redish rust color. Needless to say this rased a red flag. This truck has not been driven very much, do to not completing all nessessary TM's and I have noticed no unusual noise from the transfer...

Flip the 2 wires that are connected to the fuel gauge, then turn on the acessory switch. One of my trucks was connected backwards and always indicated full. If not return the wires back to there original position...
If they have trouble at your tax accessor office have them call the League City Tx (galveston co.) office, and talk to the supervisor. She has done many of these trucks and can walk them though the process.
Here what you need to do if you are going for the Former MV.
For former MV a plate is optional. I do not have plates on my trucks. I stenciled the numbers on the bumpers.
