Will try that. Is each headlight grounded separately, near the fixture? Was going to replace with LED headlights... since they're more rugged... but they're also expensive so I don't want to damage one of them if the problem is beyond vibration or something like that.
Hi, I have an M-923 early '80's model. One of the headlights keeps blowing... within an hour of replacement. Have been told it's a common problem. Anyone with advice on a fix? Much appreciated!

The truck builds up excellent air pressure to 130psi. The brakes release and it will drive. However, after applying the brakes about 5 or 6 times, they lock up and will not release... even when caged.
