Man, I really want a couple of front fenders and a dash. That is an awesome place. Wish I could afford a whole truck (with no motor/trans/xfer case). Looking forward to seeing more videos. Thank you.
When I towed my M101A3 home, I had the paperwork showing I won the auction and I had the stamp from the base. I got stopped (had lights and everything hooked up), I was going a bit faster than I should. Anyway, he looked at paperwork, handed it back and said have a good day. That was in California.
worked on making the fiberglass box fit properly. Picked it up on Craigslist cheap, had to modify a couple of the stiffeners in the bed, and moved the tail lights up. Now to work on the inside and build some kind of steps for getting in and out. Ideas for that? Thanks
I have a 101A3 that I have pulled with my Jeep J10 (half ton) pickup. Works fine. I am building mine out as a small DIY camper as well. What is the Colorado rated to pull?
yes, just the coupler. They sell the whole assembly for $398.00. part number 850633.

I have to agree, WOW!!
Please tell us what camper or box or whatever. I am looking for a aluminum ARE top with dual back doors but after looking at this with the tarp over it, I really am interested. Details please....
Great job!!
I bought the other set of backing plates on ebay that the guys had. Let me know how your install goes. Probably going to be a month before I can get to mine. Thanks
Thank you. I just ordered the other set :)
Next is to repair the surge brake assembly. Found a place that I can buy the whole assembly from and they have an adjustable Lunette assembly on it. It's also cheaper than the ones on Croft.
It looks good and the wheels would be fine. Would like to see shots of the wheels on the trailer. I have an a3 that I am going to pull the wheels/tires off of. Want a 16 inch wheel and that one looks pretty good.
Thanks
I have an A3. Was just thinking about making it lighter. But the flip side is I can tow it with pretty much anything with the surge brakes. I can even tow it behind my 5th wheel once I get my Commercial license.
