I assume the purpose of the trim pieces is so you dont need to put a body lift to get the clearance?
I converted my 6.2 NA to 6.5 TD and did not use these trim pieces. I put a 2" body lift and used the TD doghouse...fit perfect.
Does anyone know what the proper voltage values are supposed to be on the TPS of a 6.5 GEP TD?
My shift controller is giving me a TPS error code resulting in irregular shifting. (4L80E)

Has anyone replaced their compressor with a bypass pulley? The bearing spun on the compressor which fried my serpentine belt.
I bought a Dorman AC bypass pulley kit (34207)but the bolt pattern and pulley doesn't line up on my HMMWV 6.5T GEP. I contacted Dorman and they said they done make one...
Im trying to find the part number for the serpentine belt.
I did a search and came up with 19207-12469149-1. But the number on the belt that broke was 19207-12469149-3.
I cant find that part# anywhere.
I bought one online that said it was for the 6.5T HMMWV but its too short. (98 5/8")...
I have been driving around like that for a couple hundred miles now. I cant see what issue there would be with the front yolk just spinning with no shaft hooked up while in HL.
High Lock is the only way it will work with the front shaft out.
I was going to drop the driveshaft off to be extended and install myself, but now I think I'll bring the truck to a driveline specialist and see what they say.

Yes the 6.2 rad works fine. Your will need a turbo style doghouse. And if the motor does not come with, you will need the plastic air intake tube as well. The 6.2 rubber tube that connects it to the air filter works fine and the 6.2 wire harness works as well.

So the indicator showed up. Its a little smaller than I expected but it will do for now.
It lines up not too bad for P,R,ND. Tranny is in drive here. It starts to get out of line on 3, 2, and 1.
