Well cleaning them in the ultrasonic cleaner worked like a charm. The injector looks like new. Ill order some gaskets and do the rest of them, too

So if i get the injector out and put it in my $1100 sweeping frequency ultrasonic cleaner to clean the injector. Might that knock the blockage off ?

What do these injectors leak from when they do that from the center area? I thought Id see a copper washer . But there seems to be a color ring. Is that some itentifier only or dors it serve a purpose like to seal the halfs?

I have one that leaks from the center section I think there is a copper gasket that seals the half But I am not sure. I am 100% sure: -the return lines are not leaking -the fitting is not leaking -the injector is not leaking from the bottom seal. I had to write that, because someone will...

I've had 3 M1028 a A2 and two A3 I bought all of them for between 2400-3400. They weren't basket cases, but still required some PMSC. I sold all of them for $5500- $6500. How about buying one and swapping the parts you want over to your M1008 or whatever and sell the M1028 as a M1008? I am sure...

I think they are using that newer gen controller to troubleshoot the CTIS. In either case, it's a tool worth having especially for A0 trucks
