I want to put a locker or weld the spiders in the front diff. for off roading at the river. I have a extra set of front hubs, I was thinking of machining the splines out of them to use for street use. I worried the splines on the end of the axle rubbing against the modified hub and ruining the...
I doubt it's enough weight to effect anything. If so I have never noticed. The biggest change it makes is, you lose some approach angle. It's much better to have a winch and not need it, then to need a winch and not have it. My winch is the reason my truck isn't still stuck in a small creek at...
I used U-ship to find the Guy that I had haul my deuce from Iowa to my house. Just like with buying anything online, you have to use your better judgement before you send the person money, or allow them to haul you goods
Would the fuel not dissolve the tape? I wasn't sure of the pressure if it low pressure, I'll probably unscrew it and use some yamabond on it.
Yamabond is a rtv yamaha uses for sealing 2 stroke cases. I've got some left over from the last time I built my banshee.
I downloaded the tm...
I've noticed a fuel leak on my deuce when running. It's on the top of the inj. pump on the part where the 6 inj lines connect. It appears to be coming from the fitting that I'm assuming is the return fitting for the fuel. I attached some pictures of the said fitting.
Before somebody jumps on...

Gotta give him a point for injunity(sp?). If he had been told there WAS a loading ramp and came with those out of what he happened to find laying around. Which isn't the case here though.
You guys all know what ramps he used to unload it with at home don't you?
I'm sure those wet tires would have gotten some great traction on that slick trailer. Although after some of the stories I've heard of the "skilled" forklift drivers GL has. His way might have been better
The panel is for the solargizer. As was stated early it is a solar charger for the batteries. You should find a small balck box mounted to the inside of you battery compartment, with two small wires hooked to the batteries.
Same here. Though I submitted mine a few weeks after you. Another waiting game like the EUC. O well I live out of town, my friend with 80 acres lives just down a dirt road from me. So I atleast get to play with the deuce while I wait.
