Well, I put a tool on the T-handle and cranked it down a little more, and I think that stopped the leak. I haven't driven it very far yet, but it looks like it should be ok. I also put an oil pressure tester on it, and pressure was 65psi at cold start, 78 at 2100rpm, and after a 10 min drive...

This thing. Like CBR says, looks to me like another filter or something. The lines go to the bottom of the oilpan, and into the rear of the block.
This line, to the rear of the block has a valve on it, would make sense to change filter.
anyone know if they have a replaceable gasket or O-ring...
