    Axle Vents

You will get water in there especially if you get stuck in it. Ask me how I know, aua luckily it was only the steer axle so I only had to change out the fluid in that axle.

Is it worthwhile to have a spare regulator as a backup for the 60 amp alternator

That does not look like it would bolt in to the deuce, by the diagram you would need an external regulator and some other cables.

Anyone ever vinyl wrapped a MV?

That stuff is sticky, just think about a big bumper sticker. That would require a heat gun and a lot of time for removal and will bring the paint along with it. You might be able to get away with that on a car that has factory paint that has been baked on, but seeing that the majority of MV's...

    Armored Deuce

It will have heavy duty wheels at the point for support and will be hinged where it mounts to the bumper to allow for upward movement.

    Stock air ride

It looks like those trailing arms hang low witch would limit ground clearance as apposed to leaf spring set up that puts the springs on top of the axle. It would probably be better if we just add shocks absobers to smooth out the ride a bit.

    Stock air ride

Do the wheels lift because the shock absorbers limit the articulation? Maybe with some longer shocks it would do better.
