    Thanks for the speedy reply. I figured the radiator had nothing to do with it but i also figured some background to the situation might help if something got affected that I don't know about. I will check the air filter for it and report back.

    I'm new here so take it easy on me. I recently bought my first surplus vehicle, the mighty M923A2. It ran fine for a couple months but it blew a radiator cap while going down the road. I've since drained and replace the fluid and radiator cap but ever since the CTIS will only fill the tires up...
