With what I have seen it is probably the PCB box, and along with that the long cranking is due to a check valve in the fuel filter assy that goes bad. Check voltage between 54A and I think (c) port going into PCB if voltage less than 2 V probably problem
I am not able to search the site and I have visited this required thread several times, I am just looking for the NSN for the larger steering gear box on the M1151 HMMWV. It is not in the TM. I am in Iraq now and am having a hard time getting information.
