My only other concern than the electronics was the power. From all I can see the 7.3 has more HP than the the LD's but I couldn't find the torque rating on the LD's. I know enough to know that it's not worth going through all the work if it will be under powered or break something.

Will there be any ECU work that you will need to do with the 3208? That's my only real concer with putting in any other motor into the M35.

Has anyone ever put a 7.3 from an older Ford Super Duty into a Deuce? If so how easy/difficult was it? Why would you consider/not consider doing it? Is there a better choice for a diesel only in the A2? Am I crazy for even thinking of this? I have come to my senses (my wife beat me down)...

I bought my wife an Excursion a while ago and I couldn't allow her to have the bigger truck so I bought an F350, non-dually sad to say. Now she thinks my getting a deuce is just plain nuts.

Can anyone explain the built cargo cover to me? It appears to be some 2x4's with sheet metal screwedto the side. Are they removable, stable worth having? As always thank you.
