Stumbled across an ad for a PTO and winch a guy thinks is off of an M37. He says it has LU4-133 stamped on the winch. Does that mean anything? Any other ways to ID it?

After rereading it a couple times I think I have it figured out.. Looks like it's for a winch and accessory kit, there were a couple different description links that were throwing me off.
