What's the rated capacity of the pintle hitch on the M37? It can't be much, it's just mounted to the cross member - and not very stoutly.

I've added a bed step behind the existing step (as both a step and a slider to protect the bed while rock crawling). Is the step material, the available to buy? I can't find it, but I might not be calling it the right thing.

I searched and got to many hits back. Can someone posts pictures of the jerry can mounts on the M37. I know there's one for the passenger fender, but is there one for the bed as well?

this is what I bought. The side mounting fins are slightly angled for some reason, I had a friend set them straight before I mounted it. Also had him rotate the lower fill slightly. But I have an LS. https://www.ebay.com/itm/151480765264

I'm in the middle of a '53 resto mod with LS3 and Tremec 4050. Using the original frame, there was no reason not to. Dana 60 in front, 15 bolt in rear, full four link front and rear.

I've got all the bolts out and I was hoping the wheel well would just come out, but it's not moving. Is there a way to get it out leaving the bed and side unmolested - short of cutting it out?

If i do that, it will be fight on top of the gas pedal (which will be higher than the stock one).

I'm keeping the frame and leaf springs, they will work just fine. Look at 6.0/4l80 and Dana 60's front and rear as the most robust and easiest to repair combination. This will live very remote and durability and ease of repair by the broadest range of people is a must.

Okay, let me try this. What is the best way to get rid of the entire drivetrain in one shot to someone who will make good use of it or part it out. Post classifieds here? Another site?
