If you still have your cover off do you have a led flashing at the bottom of your board? Mine just had the inside fans not turning on and the compressor not kicking on. I get 5 flashes out of it. Not sure where the magnetic pickup for the hood is that let's it know the lid is shut but I think...
That vacuum will work fine. Ac is very easy if you know the basics...I play with the charge and see what the system runs best at, not a certain weight of charge. Compressor temp and temp inside the cooler are things I watch. If you have the original paperwork for these, they have full schematic...
That repair looks great. You know more than letting on...most people wouldn't try that fix let alone know what or spend the money on staybright. I've done hundreds of both repairs but usually save the stay bright for compressor replacement due to cost. Did you get a good vacuum on that setup...
I'd use the 12 volt block up by the glow plug relay...stick the dvom in there and see what volt draw you have. Unplug the alternator.

I'd charge up that rear battery with a slow 10 amp charge for several days then get it load tested. After that being it is the 12 volt feed is look for a draw. The somewhat common one is the alternator...can test for that very easy.

If you don't already get one of these. Only fill it up a few inches from the bottom. Get the thermostat to open. Did you put a high flow water pump on this? Can't remember.

That leak looks like mouse pee. That stuff eats everything. Can soak it in some light vinegar etc to clean it out. I use heater hose and a cheap 12 volt outdoor pump and flush them out. You'll know real quick if it flows enough or has a leak. You still having coolant issues?

That part that was in the pan, any chance it's the park rod end? Kinda looks like it. That hits the rooster tail and parking pawl.

Since I have 4 of them, I hoard every part I can find. On the other end, though, the seat is not a special one for a cucv, just the color.

Dang those spring retainers look like the ones we just did...I think 3 bolts broke off too. Was a mess. I don't know how you'd install a gate by yourself plus in this heat.

I'm not sure, but from what I found with that compressor, it uses a 50 amp breaker. Did you have anything else hooked up to the genset with the compressor? Curious as the startup amps might be around 40 so it could be the motor didn't get enough to actually get going while under load from the...
Looks great!! I used some half inch pex pipe over that spring bolt to keep it from making noise. Covered it in grease. Worked great so far. I just glued the seal on the gate the other day. They make pretty nice gaskets that fit good now. I don't remember them being formed. 3m weather...
