Well... It isn't a Hiab 750. I would bet that it is a Hiab though... When the snow clears, maybe on the back of the boom?
There should be a plate (ID Plate) on there.
Looking at the outrigger, it seems like the parts would be interchangeable.

The back end of it looks like the M1089 LMTV back end. Same Grove crane, two tool boxes, it appears to have two winches headed out back, and the stand and the Bench Vice that it mounts on...

You said "The brakes are at 120 PSI" and I am guessing by saying that, you mean that the gauges are showing 120psi? If that is so, you need to get more pressure before anything is going to happen with CTIS.

Looks to me like the spring perches need to be looked at carefully as well. It almost looks like this thing was bought somewhere up north and maybe the PO (Previous Owner) had a snow plow on it. That, or the PO just rumbled down the...

Yes Sir! I drove a milk tanker - with a friend who drove it regularly - on a few weekends. That "milk slosh" was something! First time I applied the brakes that slap of the milk running to the front of the tank took my breath away...

The hanging wire should be a heater wire for the air system.

@JRKJeeper , you should be able to push back on the tow bar. Just have to remember that if it "gets out of sort" you may need to pull up, then push back again...

You got yourself a nice looking Deuce there @kurtomatic ! So, down there in Texas you might actually have a need for a water carrier. Just BE CAREFUL with a partial fill on those tanks. You might get "Tanker Slosh" and you could easily end up on your side!
