F and H are 24V and ground pins on the M1078 A0 plug...
R, B and C the pins that go to the PCU / solenoids...
J.b anc c the pressure transmitter on the PCU
T and L the wet tank pressure sensor.

You're right, but it's a button (sorry for my mistake) that I need to keep pressed to inhibit the warning. It's not permanent. Ithink in EU the law is quite similar than in the US. You cannot inhibit the warning permanently... But I'm not an expert...

I put a small kill switch in the wire of the buzzer. On startup I press the switch and wait until air is OK.
When I'm in road I think also that this buzzer can save lives!

There are some error messages, like PCU sensor fault, leaking wheel valves (if there is a heavy leakage), but not more. The ECU do not read the speed sensor to warn if you are in overspeed with low pressure.

Thank you for your feedback.
Do you know the cfm of the factory fan? By putting 2 (or maybe 4 if there is enough space) you can get up to 8000 cfm. But of course you also need enough current to run them at full speed with idle engine...

Hello all!
As announced, here a short and unprofessional video of my Arduino CTIS ECU. It's an example on how it works when pressure is too low, it works also when pressure is to high.
You can set 4 diffrent pressures depending your needs, and works with 4x4 and 6x6 trucks as well. You do not...
Hi guys (and hopefully also some ladies)
Did someone though to convert the clutch fan for the radiator to a electric driven fan? I hate the moment when at 2300 rpm the clutch engage the fan and seems that everything is blown up! There should be enough space to put a electric fan right behind the...
OK, got mine back from balancing:
before: Hinging test: 0.2mm, feelable if you move up/down shaft.
now: Hinging test: 0.08mm, you do not feel any movement if you move up/down driveshaft.
driving feeling: feels much better, I did not had vibrations before, but now its less noisy and now you...
Gave mine also to balance now.
hinging test was 0,2mm, driveshaft companies said over 0,2mm the do no balancing, refurbished ones need to stay under 0,1mm.
At the same time I change the u-joints ank keep the old one for spare.
Next week I can tell more if there is a diffrence between 0,2mm and...
Thank you for your replay. The hinging test say max. 0.02 inch. I'm fairly under this value (0.008 inches). I know that there are other threads discussing about this, but can be that original driveshafts are unbalanced after 15.000 miles? Or maybe a production failure?

Hello all.
I own a M1078 A0 from 1997, with the "D" sign on the VIN plate. The truck have now 15.000 miles on (7.000 by me) and have not really feelable vibrations, except somtimes the unbalanced tires. I have default gears, no high speed gears, but the detroit locker in back axle. All screws...
Hello.
Maybe a leaking tire valve? I had the same, but that was another story. I got a ECU from a M1088 with 90psi highway pressure. That was too much for 1 of the tire valve and vent out until tire was flat.
Christian
Hello!
Thank you Sir.
The problem is that the hole sistem is not single tire controlled, but there's only 1 pressure sensor under the dash. So if you want to control every single tire you need to rebuild all the system. In that chase I would think about using the hydraulik pistons on front axle...
