Is the door adjusted correctly so that its not in a bind? my driver door had been replaced and took a lot to get it working well. Standard bolts in metric holes, bent bottom track, and then the handle breaking about the time i got its done. Doors can be a great time.
maybe open the drain on the water seperator to make sure you do not have water built up, any diesel fuel treatment is not going to hurt anything, Check for dry cracking in a fuel line letting just little bit of air in the sytem,

I got an 802a bought as inoperable recently and pulled the E-Stop out then pushed it back in and it took me a day after voltage testing many things to realize the error of my ways. Amazing how after working on so many units something simple can catch you off guard or just over look one thing.
What is your throttle set at and how many Hertz are showing on the gauge or your meter. how are you wired onto the lugs and are you in 240v single phase on the phase selector behind the control panel?
