    2011 PNW Mini Rally #4

Yay, I'm getting noticed in this thread! Meet time is at 7:00AM at your coffee shop. We will convoy and meet up with Stalwart on 405 (and possibly someone else) at approximately 8:15. He will lead the way to Dan's house. We still on for that time Stuart?

Got to get one of you to look at my accelerator pedal. It's the darnedest thing that it keeps sticking. Usually at 1/2 throttle. I've oiled up everything between the injector pump to the pedal itself with no luck. Not sure what to do to stop it from sticking. I'm hoping someone with more deuce...

Dang. I meant to do a preliminary PCMS on the truck this weekend but totally forgot. Looks like I will be doing the check the night before the event.

I used self tapping screws for my trailer's license plate and mounted it below the tailgate on the driver's side. Looks good there if you ask me.

I bought mine through GL and had it shipped from Draper, Utah. It was the configuration I wanted. All the ones selling at Ft. Lewis didn't have hard tops or cab heaters. I wanted both.

Well, I don't know you personally yet, so I was keeping it formal. As for spellin, it never was my strong suite. Sorry. :-( That would work fine for me. Just keep me posted if things change.

Stuart, What time should we meet on 405? Curtise and I will need to schedule a time to meet up based on that.

Oh, sorry. We used my dad's Ford F150. It's a 4x4 and sits up high, plus he has a pintle mount that raises up from the trailer hitch. Basically it makes the truck level with the trailer. Not much to say about the pickup. It's my fourth recovery from Ft Lewis so I have the system down pretty...

Another successful recovery. My dad and I picked up his new M101A2 trailer today at Ft. Lewis. Got to love it only took 2 weeks for my EUC to clear. Guess they are getting to know me.

As many here have said here, don't trust your fuel gauge. My truck said I had 3/4 tank full today but it showed less than a third when I parked it last.

Our local Fred Meyers just opened a filling station and was offering .20 cents per gallon off with their loyalty card. I put $100 worth of diesel in the tank and am ready to go on the 12th. Also noticed that one of my headlights has burned out. Any advice where to buy a 24-volt headlight?

Never let your first ride in a hearse be your last. :) Some day I will get a nice old Jeep.

I'll take the green one on the far right. Any interest in a 1984 Cadillac hearse by any chance?

Who wants to install a Cummins Turbo Diesel in my truck? Heh, just kidding. I wish I could install one though.
