94 A0 VERY hard to raise cab, VERY hard to lower cab. Air pump works very hard and labored, manual pump very hard to operate handle. Has steadily gotten worse over past 10 times of opening. Ideas? will not go over center when open. Will not self close after being over center.
I used a 150 psi transducer to trick the system to air my tires up to 80 psi in hgy setting. Since many people would want to run higher pressures I think you should consider changing the transducer as well plus then you would know what to map it to in the sketch.
Tom
for pressure reading use 'map(pressureValue, 0, 1023, 0, 150);' if you are using a 150 psi transducer in the PSU. I don't know what pressure it is now, but less.
You probably already know this!!
What is that supposed to mean? I only sell my ideas and products, is that a problem for you? I also give away lots of information about source of hard to find parts.
This does not seem right. It is AWD and powers all wheels all the time by default, but it is a 60/40 split with more torque going to the rear. The mode button locks the center diff so it is a positive 50/50 and both driveshafts will turn.
The reason I asked is that MTP installs a aftermarket locker for $500 plus the cost of the locker. So there must be a readily available locker but who makes it?
How do you know it only has 3700 miles on it? It may have gone through at least one rebuild where they did not do the seals or is that something that is done each time? You may not have to, but I have seen many things taken apart and put back that the seals then developed leaks. I would take it...
Another BIG reason to do it the take apart way is that your hubs will likely be full of chewed up silicone and also need the lash set. Those army monkeys think a whole tube of silicone for each side is the amount to use!! I have a forklift so dealing with the tires should be painless.
Just to be clear this price is if you ship your diff to MTP for them to install the R & P into. You still need to take your truck apart yourself, this is not the price of them doing the whole truck which is $5575 for 2 axles. The diffs I sell are NEW so bearings and pinion seal are new, it is...
I don't know where else to ask this but I need to find the wiring hookup for the tach on a MRAP JERRV.
It has 6 pins and I have worked out the power and illumination but need to see what kind of signal it gets from ??
