    fuel level sensor

the trick is to turn it off the instant that it starts to run out. then it will have enough fuel to restart much sooner without priming.

I was just combining replies. there are many companies in China who make reasonably good quality parts if you specify all the details correctly. I plan to have some CTIS keypads made and maybe some for the Wtec II and III they are very simple.

    Ctis 94 lmtv

I can find no info on how to adjust the protection valve. The supply to the PCU is very slow to build pressure, I need to allow everything to stabilize and then open the supply port to see what the volume is. I cleaned the 3 valves in the PCU but they were not that dirty. Found a big air leak at...

The dome switches are never soldered. They just sit there inside the adhesive coating that holds the membrane. My 94 LMTV with Eaton CTIS also uses tactile dome switches which are separate parts from the membrane. Nickle plated stainless, I have never seen them crack. "More often than not what...

take it out and see, or send it to me for analysis

    lighted indicator display

I doubt the actual switch would ever break, it is a metal key-pad dome switch under a plastic lighted holder. Just that the top membrane would let in dirt and water, very bad then.

    Ctis 94 lmtv

Another clue is that the air used when inflating starts strong but very quickly slows down, like a restriction on the source side of the air. If I just turn the power switch on the rear often tries to deflate without the front. RF tire has leak so every few days it is lower than the rest.

    CTIS keypad

The switch panel membrane is under the panel with 4 screws. Fairly tricky to do but can be replaced if you have a new membrane which at worst case I can have made. Potting? I laugh at potting like this. I routinely repair potted parts, it takes time to learn but after the first couple it can...

    fuel level sensor

why not the right part? looks right to me. I am going to try to repair mine but the fuel tank is full and apparently the tank most be moved to get it out. Tom

    Ctis 94 lmtv

The 94 is a single channel system? My front and rear seem to do things independently of each other. Also with the HGY mode set the engine fan cycles in cold weather with a cold engine, wet tank losing pressure?

diagnosed? to determine it is bad? or taken it apart to repair it.

    CTIS keypad

How many would be interested in new keypads for your CTIS? Replacement would require great care but not to hard to do. New membrane with adhesive would be about $30. New switches also available if some of yours do not 'click' properly. Tom

    lighted indicator display

No, but I may be able to get that as well, it just glues in and would be easy to replace with something else. The key pad requires a precut sticky tape thing that I have not gotten yet, will check on it Monday.

    Replacement CTIS pressure switch

only if you already know it, these things are easy to find on the net but some people are search challenged!

    Replacement CTIS pressure switch

pressure switch, not sensor. so as not to be confused with the actual pressure sensor on the PCU
