The problem on spotting that blow by now is you dont know at what temp that video was shot and one might confuse it with steam. It might have been a very cold day and you passed on that nice diamond in the ruff. Ohh the variables. 😅

I am not willing to gamble on a non runner that can have alot of blowby or is missing too many parts since it became a donor. GP, with all the pics and videos, is always a gable. I buy gensets all year long and its a box of chocolates.

I would sand and clean with some contact cleaner all the terminals on the gauge. Also, take the back cover off and clean the contacts off the sender. While you at it, stick your hand inside the fuel take and make sure both float are free and move up and down. This last part may be difficult for...

The pump works. I connected it directly to the battery and also to the primary pump + and it works.

Yep, but i can test it by jumping pin 1 and 3 on the cable. Even doing that will not get it to work.

Looks like I have two of these modules that are bad. Im gonna ask klopp if he repairs them.

If i run it off the main unit pump power it works. I assume its a bad fuel pump module.

Same voltage however pumps are different. The main pump is facet 40193 that was replaced and the aux is an airtex e1074. Looks like tge e1074 is temperamental.

My problem is that the aux pump is only getting 23.6v and will not start. I have tested it with 24v and it works. Im gettimg similar voltage at the relay too. The main pump works fine and units runs. Any suggestions?

I usually never have to take them off. Just clean the filter and magnetic lid with carb cleaner, then spray inside the pump till the gunk is out and most important part is to finger up and down the check ball with your pinkie. The backplane has 2 canon plugs on the back (left side) where all the cables connect to the control box. You can only acces the plugs if you remove the side panel. I mentioned this in case you wanted to clean them as well.
